About Us

/ About

My Abandonware was created in February 2009 as a revival of oldware.net. Over the years, thousands of games have been added to the site. We want to create one major video game museum on the web and let everyone enjoy the incredible amount of great software created since the 70s.

Our collection started with the DOS era. Today, Windows games are its largest part, and we host many other platforms, some of them quite obscure. We are grateful for the contributions of our visitors and the support of numerous sites like MobyGames, Underground Gamer, TOSEC and No-Intro.

Our Team

We are two French developers who build and run the website, which belongs to our company, Codestible.

A small team of regular contributors works on the site, and a few other archivists have come and gone over the past decade. If you want to help, please contact us.
