Fairchild released the Channel F in 1976, the first home console with plug-in cartridges rather than fixed games, a design the Atari 2600 soon followed.
Its games were simple by later standards, from Tic-Tac-Toe and shooting galleries to early maze and sports titles.
MAME and other emulators run the Channel F library on modern systems.
