Atari released the Jaguar in 1993 and marketed it as a 64-bit machine. Hard-to-use hardware and a thin library left it far behind the next wave of consoles, and it was Atari’s last.
Its high points included Tempest 2000, Alien vs. Predator and the first Rayman.
Virtual Jaguar and other emulators run the Jaguar catalogue on current hardware.
