SNK launched the Neo Geo Pocket Color in 1999. Its precise micro-stick suited fighting games, and it drew warm reviews, but it arrived against the Game Boy Color and did not last.
The library featured SNK vs. Capcom: The Match of the Millennium, Sonic Pocket Adventure, handheld Metal Slug entries and several strong puzzle games.
Mednafen and other emulators run the Neo Geo Pocket Color library on modern systems.
