VTech released the V.Flash in 2006 as an educational CD console for older children, with simple 3D graphics beyond its V.Smile line.
Its discs wrapped reading, maths and problem-solving in adventure games built around licensed characters.
The V.Flash stayed an education device and holds niche interest for collectors.
