i manage o get it on half English. but on the buttons is in german. what can i do?

I some how found a way to get the game language in English. I UNINSTALLED the game, go to file explorer and open the mounted iso, instead of running the installer, I ran the game straight from the disk, by double clicking on the file name "game", type application. And the game opened up in English.

I think the English portion can be accessed through the German version, since it's about ⅔ larger than either of the other languages offered. It's taking a while to load, so I might confirm it later.

The file from the first Download link says EN version but the gane is not in english.
