To cut it short: Everything that made the Amiga version of Blood Money one of the most enjoyable shoot'em ups ever is missing is this PC conversion.
So what's left is a mediocre game-- the great soundtrack, graphics, and even fluid gameplay of the Amiga version is nowhere to be found here. What a pity. (You expected me to trash this, right?) Still, some might consider this a nice game if you love classic side-scrolling shooters in general.
Everyone should download the Amiga ROM from some Amiga site and play it on an emulator, though, to see how good this game can get. Disappointing.

Thanks, It worked. I use a frontend for DosBox called DBGL, so I used the instruction "loadfix -32 bm.exe" in the section "before Launch" in the DBGL GUI, and then voilà! It worked :)
Solution
In your dosbox, please run the following command.
loadfix -32 bm.exe
This will allocate 32kb to "bm.exe", which will run the game with 32kb.
Love this game.
Spend hundreds of hours playing it as a teenager. Thousands probably. Had some good times with the two player mode too. It still irks me that i haven't finished all levels ... Maybe i'll download the (supposedly) superior Amiga version and try my luck again ...
You need to check the "loadfix" option. I use "D-Fend Reloaded" frontend with dosbox.
doesn't work. First picture and nothing else
This brings back a lot of memories. Especially of the old Amiga 500 I used to play this on. Loved the music from Psygnosis.
