Crystal Quest for The Mac was the first game to support colour displays on the Macintosh II. To start the game in colour you need to press and hold the option key while starting the game. If you're on Windows use Mini vMac (with The macintosh II rom), go to full screen (ctrl + F) and use the Windows key for the option key.

we had this game at my elementary school in the early 90s... some great early memories from there.
