ISO is correct, it's just the problem of compatibility. The game was programmed for 16-bit systems, so it won't work on 32-bit or modern 64-bit OS. You need to use Virtual Machine (VMWare or similar utility) with Windows 3.x or Windows 95. Another method - use DOSBox or OTVDM (it's an apps for emulating old systems, just type it in Google or DuckDuckGo)
