Roger Rabbit returns with a vengeance in this semi-sequel to the average Who Framed Roger Rabbit?. Although Hare Raising Havoc is still a platform game, this time Disney vastly improved all the facets of the game, from the graphics to more fun gameplay. Once again, help Roger escape his predicament through devilishly difficult levels.
Good animation and soundtrack help propel an otherwise typical platform game above average. It's not a must-have, but it's fun for a while especially for fans of the series.

I figured it out, No Shift, and you have to hit the Ctrl-alt F5 quickly at the same time. Thanks!
Im new to abandonware and using games within Dfend...do cheats work...for instance in order to skip levels you can push Ctrl-ALt-Shift-F5, but it doesnt seem to be working, or should it work and its just user error?
