PC Fútbol 4.0 and PC Calcio 4.0 aren't the same game. The first one allows you to play with Spanish teams and the Spanish league. The second does the same but with the Italian ones. They use the same engine, they look the same and have the same game modes, but they were released separately.

There was a crack file in the game archive. Unfortunately it's a windows exe. So I've patched the game and uploaded the cracked version. Enjoy !
