Bananapepper: this isn't a certificate. It is a .CRT file which Windows thinks is a certificate. Ignore what Windows says, it is in fact a ROM cartridge image. Don't try double-clicking it, use VICE to load the image as a cartridge, and enjoy.

how come when i download and extract, it comes too a certificate, i am using vice comodore emulator vic 20. it dont work
