RXX is right image is working fine, just look for Philips CDi Same_CDi core in RetroArch platform.
Because you're not supposed to mount it. You'll need CDi emulator for that. I just tested it and the image works fine.
Unfortunately the Image file is broken and doesn't mount anyway even in various applications...
