I'm in the process of trying to get this to work, but I can only get as far as Windows 3.1 (in Japanese, English version couldn't install it for me) telling me I need to enter the disc in the CD-ROM, but no matter what files I mount or if I make an .iso file, it just doesn't accept there's a disc in the CD-ROM.
Any help figuring this out would be appreciated since there's nothing online about the English version.

The game comes with an official dual-language (Japanese + English), which is auto selected based on the Windows OS language. I couldn't get it to work on Windows 10 even with otvdm. You will need to setup DosBox with Windows 3.1 to play it.
