What is a Bellybutton?

How to Play

Notes:

• The best way to play the game on modern systems is to use DOSBox with Windows 3.1 or 3.11. You can play the game online on Archive.org, through built-in DOSBox emulator
• A note for the game v2.0 - it is a demo version from Mayo Clinic / What is a Bellybutton? combo disc bundled with the AST Advantage 600-series PC. Originally the game is locked behind demo version, but you can unlock it using the below codes. The program will show an 8 character SOFTWARE ID CODE, enter the 4 character unlock code that matches:

H546-J580 = A511
K322-G729 = L394
S245-N412 = E683
L739-N582 = B281
T553-H578 = V215
J654-X748 = J319
M197-J365 = R417
Z752-R681 = H353
B117-F254 = K687

Alternately, you can unlock it by creating a file called BELLY.REG in C:\Windows and putting this content inside:

[Bellybutton Registration]
Registered=True

• If a screen comes up asking for you to call a number and enter a code even after you did the steps above, just close the game and reopen it
