Sadly, I can't get it to work: it downloads and runs, but it's at about half a frame per second. Even tried downloading DDrawCompat, but the game wouldn't load while it was in the directory.
Any advice from anyone?

I loved this game so much, for years I tried to find this title, to no avail. I only ever had a half-broken demo version from a games CD called E-Games. but it's here! I can't believe it!
this game is quite simple, yet fun. blow away other miner vessels while mining asteroids to get a target amount of credits to leave the solar system. solid 7/10 gameplaywise, 10/10 on the nostalgia for me!

If you're running this on Windows with Directplay and are having game speed issues, download DDrawCompat from Github and place the DLL in the executable directory.
