This game is great. It was such a great game I actually bought it original from the developer's website long long ago, and I always kept a backup for it on my PC. Sadly in one of my many upgrades and PC changes, at one point I lost it, and by then the developer's website didn't exist anymore (and to add foul to the problem, each time I tried to google it, they only returned me Total War Attila in the results!.....finally I can play again this gem!!)
What I really like about it is the computer player is way way better than the RISK PC games. I could finish that game in less than 15min, while this one, against the 4 enemies can take you HOURS (I always played it without the air support, I can't remember if it was not available on my version or it was an upgrade I didn't got with the game).
