For anyone wondering why it won't work on regular iso mounters, I found this out on Archive website:
You can already run the game through your Windows Explorer! Set it to Windows 95 Compatibility Mode, run in fullscreen, and run as administrator too btw.
Then, run the game! It should boot up normally, as long as you use Windows Explorer as well. I mounted using PowerISO, but it still worked just fine! I think this is because when you open iso file, your computer thinks you're mounting it as well, while it's open! An error I got was because of 111 error code. I already had DirectX installed, so it was actually a screen size problem in my case as well. If you get the error with everything you need for it, try changing your screen resolution size, & it should work:
Open Display Settings, then advanced display properties: Display Adapter Properties, then "list all modes" option in there as well. Keep in mind, this will also change your refresh rate, so unless your screen size being shown cannot be changed, use this in case of emergencies as well for running programs & games on it as well. ;3
Have fun!!!
