Download is definitely for a game called Boing! for Atari 8-Bit that likely came out in the 1980s, but it's not for the Ron Webster game in the screenshots/linked to on Moby that came out in 1980. It's some other game by some guy named Neil Ottaway whom I can't find much on. Likely did not release in 1980. Moby has a profile on him, but not including the game in this download (though ironically it does include what is likely its sequel).
