The beta goes down at 08:00 Paris time, in a few minutes. We rebuild the database from the live site. It comes back in about an hour.
I originally got this free via the Gamegiveawayoftheday in 2007 and loved it. It was donated to the giveaway site via Alawar games (I think).
I ended up buying it via Reflexive Arcade eventually and can still register it using one of those code generators. Using one of those was forced upon me because Amazon, who bought out Reflexive Arcade over a decade ago, shut down the registration Servers after six months, so re registering games that had been purchased became impossible until some clever spark made a crack to be able to re register them.
I was very thankfully as I'd bought hundreds of arcade games from Reflexive as they helped distract me from chronic pain following a rta that left me with serious injuries that were never treated. I was sent home with a broken back, losing 4'' in heigh and suffered brain damage. Get this, I was sent home diagnosed with bruises and a sprain only - crazy.
The game is well worth checking out, especially if you like vertical 2D Shmups. :)
Rock on MyAbandonware.

This game is one of my childhood games that I grew up with. However, when I recently returned to it and downloaded it from the pre-installed link (the 14 MB one) on this website, I faced the same error I encountered back when I was young while trying to launch the game on Windows 10. With the hopes of fixing that error, I pasted one of the latest ddraw.dll patches into the game's file, and it did work. Unfortunately, the game launches once, and when I try to start it again sometime later, it turns my screen black and loads for infinity (It never really starts). As I thought that this was just a temporary fault, it actually takes much much more attempts to cause the game to start again. I set its compatibility mode to Windows 98, and enabled the option that automatically runs it as an administrator. Nevertheless, the problem still persists, and I have to do multiple attempts to get the game to work. I tried installing the Windows 11 fix found on this page, but it followed suit. Therefore I ask you guys to help me find a solution to this problem.
