Quite A Game Memory, Mate..... It's really indeed something that is not acceptable to be forgotten it's the legendary Era Of Gaming to be truthful.

I've been playing this wonderful game for probably twenty years! Now Sep 2026. It's wonderful in every way. RIP Edgar and my continual best wishes to his family.

You could try running a virtual machine with Windows XP on and run it through that.

I loved Deluxe Galaga on Amiga and only just discovered that Warblade exists! I downloaded the 1.34 version here, and installed and ran it on Win 10 (i7-7700) without any problem. I chose DirectX and told it to check for a firewall, if it helps anyone. I've run in both windowed and fullscreen mode and gotten my 8bitDo controller working fine.

There's a manual included in the installation and I'd highly recommend reading that before installing.

I loved this game back in the Amiga days so when I saw it was out on Windows, I actually bought it from Edgar back when. Sadly, this now struggles to run on Windows 10. Won't load, although I can see the loading screen, it just returns to the desktop. Any ideas how to get this to run?
