Thats the Windows 9x Compatible reverse engineered Remake of the Original Digger, which was released in 1983. Not sure if 1999 can be claimed legitly as the year of release for this one, thus... anyways, Digger is an AWESOME game and there's SO many fond memories i have of it. matter of fact, i still like to play it now and again!
