Worked fi e and now the sound cuts in and out, anybody know how to fix this issue? Compatibility mode doesn't seem to make a difference

I found this game online in 1999 During Christmas at that time I was married with in-laws with young children & we all had a BLAST playing this game plus it was Hilarious
I can't believe it's been 25 years since this game came out, I wanted to say THANKS to
everyone involved in creating this FUN game.
FYI Game is still around Ex-Wife hasn't been around for 21 years
P.S. I'm 64 Y.O. & REFUSE to grow old BTW my Ex was 17 years younger than me.
