Got this working on Win10. Original Grumpa.exe wont work, use noCD.exe instead 1. download ISO and noCD, mount ISO 2. Open ISO as folder

trying to get this to work, think i might be doing something wrong. set up a windows XP VM to paly it, but when i mount the iso iso I cannot launch the game. it installs just fine, but upon trying to start the game from the "menu" it tells me -
"cannot locate the CD-ROM. Please insert the correct CD-ROM, select Ok and restart application"
