Couldn't get it to run on Fusion but definitely works on RetroArch. Used "Pico Drive" core. To run it first Load Content and then the core. Idk if it's a standard procedure because with Amiga you first load Amiga core and then load the games once you start the core. Obviously you will still need to download Sega CD BIOS files and put them in RetroArch's system folder.

Play it on andriod with retroarch. Needs some learning but worth it. Also download retroarch bios pack.

Works perfectly on Android with classic Boy emulator. Enjoying this and also Prince of Persia.
Requires a Sega CD emulator (Fusion is good) and the BIOS files for the emulator.
