We used to pick up games in a bargain bin at a tech store in 1995, we found boxed copies of the Kiloblaster games, Solarwinds, zone66 etc Anyway my little brother adored these games, I'm arranging a night with drinks soon and will surprise him with this. Cheers Allen Pilgrim, thank you for helping to create special memories for 90s kids.

Create KFILEA.BAT yourself (in the game folder) with the following contents:
@echo off kfile0 if not errorlevel 1 kfileb %1 %2 %3
Now you can run KILO.BAT as originally intended. You're welcome!

Running kilo.bat results in an error. Just run kfile1.exe, kfile2.exe, kfile3.exe directly to run volumes 1-3, respectively.
