You need an old old OS to play this, for example Windows 3.1 or Windows 3.11. Even compatibility settings doesnt help. Tried on windows 95 compatibility and the computer still said No

This was such an easy fun way to create my own cartoons to laugh at. It was like a GIF but more than a few seconds which in turn could be used to create many scenes as small video or longer episode. It has a easy way to show you how programs work with pieces together.

i am on a windows but i acidentally downloaded the mac also is this thing works on 2010 computers?
Can I get this working on my steam deck?
bart screamed and i lol'd hard as shit
Since the game is a 16bit app, you need WineVDM (a tool to run 16bit apps on 64 bit Windows) or use DOSBox + Windows 3.1 to run the game.
For the Mac OS version, you need an emulator that runs System 7 like Basilisk II.
How do I open it?
Hey I can't download this on my HP Laptop with WIndows 11, it says it's not compatabile, any help?
Non-English titles:
