I grew up playing this game! The reason North Dakota is the only state with its own version of the game is because it was commissioned by a group of educators to teach students about ND geography. The developer agreed to create the game and use it as a test run for other potential region-specific versions of the game. Unfortunately, those other versions never came to fruition.

Did they like forget to include North Dakota in Where in The USA or World versions? Like why this state specifically? this makes it look like North Dakota is a separate dimension that needs its own version.
