This game has an English version called Rex, though it's lost media as far as I can tell. I have the box (and the disc too...somewhere) but for the life of me couldn't get it to run since I had a PC with Windows XP.

I used to play this game as a kid and I wondered what it was called, found it through a reddit post. I don't think I ever made it past the burning building level. The train level was very hard too. I'd love to play it again and definitely will. I do think there should be at least an English version though, maybe even a Dutch one, because I borrowed it at a Dutch library back then and they definitely would not have a Korean or Russian game for young, Dutch kids.
