The game reminds me a bit of *Starship Troopers*—another space-themed film from 1986—and *Alien*. I played it a lot on the Amiga CD32; it had the best graphics and sound.

I never had the chance to play this one, but now thanks to the best compilation of Alien Breed I can play it, with no lags or slow FPS. Alien Breed The 35th Anniversary collection has every 6 games of Alien Breed from Amiga 500, Amiga AGA, Amiga A1200 and Amiga CD32 versions at best fps, resolution, and full playable with Xbox or PS gamepads, plus some new extras. This September on PC, PS5 and Xbox X/S.

Couldn't agree with GG Punk-X more. An absolute classic with bags of atmosphere and tension.

Playing this for the first time on the A500 Mini. Such a gem. It sounds and feels like DOOM in a lot of ways, but where DOOM is a power fantasy, this is more of a creeping, atmospheric survival horror game. It's the Alien to DOOM's Aliens. Can't recommend enough.
