I played it in my early childhood. In Russia, it was officially released under a different name, "Master of the Depths." I spent hours playing it and couldn't tear myself away from my LT monitor. :)

Total trip down memory lane, I played this all the time as a kid :)

The game installs like a dream and runs very smoothly on Windows 10. Easy peas. It is the game itself that is difficult. The tutorials aren't very good by today's standards, and there are no guides online either. I finally figured out how to get a functional city, and all of a sudden, all building/gardens/etc went red (unbuildable) despite having money and resources to build them. I tried again... this time, I just could not generate enough money to cover expenses no matter what I did (and they don't give any sort of info on income, which doesn't help).
