download this fix,put inside game folder, game runs fine on win10..you can only set resolution to 1024x768 with Hi colour,do not use True colour or game may crashed
The driving feels awful to control, no drifting means you're always just slowing down at corners, that combined with wonky physics makes this a chore to control. Definitely better old racers out there.

does not work in Wind.11 :(
