someone please make a video on making this thing work cuz its almost impossible and very difficult to bypass the "install now" i JUST wanna replay this and its extremely stressful

I did this to get it to work: mount Iso with any program you have to do so (I use wincdemu)
then install the game as normal using the autorun or setup, finally if the game crashes upon opening it go to uninstall programs and get rid of quicktime (mine was version 7) then go into the cinderella CD and inside the QT folder install quicktime 4. that did it for me and now it plays for my daughter!!

i cannot get this to work! i even own the CD from when i was a kid, thought the CD was the issue because it would do nothing after i clicked "install" on the pop-up box, but this download does the exact same thing. i have no clue why :(

Hello tutorial from 2025,

At first, I had directly downloaded the game from the .iso file. Then, it asked me to put in a CD/ROM, so I installed the .iso file with DAEMON. I clicked PLAY, and the game ran the intro smoothly until I selected some room to play, then it crashed out back to my desktop.

I uninstalled the game and re-installed it from setup.exe in the CD I mounted (I have not selected add the online feature if you might ask) and started the game again. Now it works

p.s. I used Windows 10 with Windows XP (Service Pack 3) Compatibility

i downloaded an iso mount and still nothing, i feel this needs a whole tutorial just to get the game open

Works fine on Windows 11. Just use a free ISO mounting program like DEAMON Tools Lite to mount the disk ISO and then install it normally. Do not try to use the online features of the game. Run it in compatibility mode for Windows XP service pack 2.

It's relaxing af

I got it running! After the install it wouldn't respond at all. I highlighted the "setup" file in the disc then right-clicked to bring up the file menu. "troubleshoot compatibility" opened the program with no issues loading or exiting.

i loved this game when i was little and it always made me happy. my boyfriend just left to go to navy boot camp so words cant really describe just how badly i am in need of this nostalgia kick rn. if anyone has suggestions how to get the game to work, im all ears.

Had the same problem as squishy friend, installed fine but once I get to the menu the play option does nothing. If any one figures it out let us know! If I fix it I'll let yall know

Can't get this one to work. It says its missing files when it boots. Running windows 8.1 x64, also tried using compatibility modes and virtual pcs with 98 and xp.

How do you get the game to run once unzipped? It will show me the colorful menu of the game but once I click "install game" nothing happens. I tried downloading this game from another website and the same thing happens there too.
