You can get this running on iOS using one of the J2ME emulators on the app store. I used CoffeeCat for my first playthrough but there was a bug that caused sounds to repeat over and over once played. I recently downloaded JarBox and it's not as customizable but doesn't have the sound bug.
Bringing in the .jar files was as easy as dropping it into your iOS filesystem (I used iCloud but you could also do it via the file browser) and selecting "Open With " the name of the emulator.

I still play this on my jailbroke (RockBox) 5th gen iPod.
I even copied the WAD file over to my GZDoom folder and it works great with freedoom2.wad as the base. If I can get it to work on ZDL using Linux, I'm sure any MicroShaft user can get it to work too.

How to get it running?
On PC, use Kemulator - You can find it easily on archive.org Drag the .jar you downloaded into the kemulator.exe and it should open up properly.
On mobile, easiest way to do it (without data cable) get an M2 sd card reader for the PC either via an adapter or a dock - make sure it's compatible with M2, the regular sd card and M2 are not the same. Drag the jar into the card. After that plop it into your java phone and navigate to the folder you put the jar file into. Open it and it should install it, unless it's a faulty jar in which case it will error out. When installed the game should appear inside the games folder on your phone.
