Tested with success in a VM using Windows XP SP3 x86 version on VMWare Workstation Pro 16.2.4. Be sure to not install Quicktime 3.0 shipped with the game but Quicktime Alternative 3.2.2 instead or the movies won't work. On 86Box, the games runs but too slowly and generate a sound lag. Same thing on VirtualBox 6.x.
Host machine Ryzen 7 5700G 3.80GHz, 64 Go RAM, GeForce RTX 3060, Windows 11 Pro.

I have made an ISO of the game (Windows version) i recently bought on eBay. As far as I can tell, there was no protection on the CD (tested with CloonyXXL, ProtectionID, A-Ray Scanner). I've made the ISO with PowerISO twice and checked with a md5 checksum. I have included the md5 file with the ISO in a 7z file. Just tell me where to upload it.

But the ISO is for the "Emergency 2. The ultimate fight for life.", not "ER2"...
