Fullscreen Solution: Install DXWnd, just google it. In DXWnd mount the managpre.exe from gamedirectory. Only checkmark in "generic" section "early hook" and "run in Window". everything stay standard. The start the game with the ELF.exe from game directory. It works for me, maybe for someone else.

As mentioned below, this works on Win 11 if set compatibility to Win 8 and update manager.ini file to the below
TRANSITIONS: OFF FULL SCREEN: OFF SCREEN POSITION: 287, 131
