The game installer is in Italian language though the game itself is in perfect english.
Install Notes 1. Unpack the zipped file with WinRAR. 2. Burn or mount the game using Daemon Tools or Poweriso. 3. Install the game - CD-KEY: GTI-37A7R-AL9CF-WR3WT-Y4L4F-FLR33 4. Copy the cracked files to your installed directory.

you need to edit reg file corresponding to your GTI Racing extract location and follow the pic instruction "How To" inside
