I forget to mention setup.exe is 16 bit app so to run this app on 64 bit windows you need tool named Otvdm/winevdm:

I've installed ISO version (385 MB). If you want to run games without CD inserted copy BOARD.PRF
GEN2.PRF
GEN1.PRF
COMMON.PRF
BRD2.PRF
BRD1.PRF
from CD to folder on hdd where you install your game (default is C:\SIERRA\HCBG)
