A simple solution to run Hydlide II on PC-88: download Hydlide 3 on PC-88, take the User Disk file, rename it as Hydlide II User Disk (if you want to rename the User Disk file), format it when you boot up Hydlide II and a presto, you can play Hydlide II.

I can't get the game to work, every time I try to create a character it simply freezes. Is it because the download file supplied only has Disc 1 of 2, and not the 2nd disc too?
