It's 2024, 23 years deep into a Navy career. For whatever reason, I loved playing this game when I was in my youth. I remember being at a electronics fair and my dad buying me this game. He was grumbling about the price which I don't recall, I want to guess $14. The youthful excitement of walking out of there with Jutland in one hand and a demo copy of Wolfenstein 3D in the other might have set the stage for a career of chasing my Naavy dreams. Thank you for the memories!

To get the music working in this, make sure to mount the cue file as a cdrom, if you mount it as an iso it won't work.If you get no sound or music, double check the AUD_EDIT.exe file in the jutland directory the irq must be set to 5.
imgmount d .\cdrom\JUTLAND.cue -t cdrom

bringing it here. Funnily enough I just (few hours ago) managed to find a copy on ebay. Very weird as it never appears. Anyway, about the game. It's a strategy/simulation type of game. A mix between Grand Naval Battles and Advanced Destroyer Simulator. You get to play campaigns if you so desire, which go quite deep for the time. You have to be careful to not lose too many ships or get too much damage or else you will lose the campaign. News reels between battles and very good graphics for the time (1993), made a very fun experience as long as you liked naval combat. This game has a special place in my heart as it was the first ever CD-ROM game I bought, in 1994.
