How to Play
If the game doesn't start - run it in Compatibility mode with old Windows, like Windows XP. If the game works too fast - enable Vsync in settings, or limit the framerate with one of framerate limiter utilities

Using with Windows 11 I had to turn on compatibility mode for Windows Vista.
The game uses the joystick to move the pointer on the menu screen.
I haven't yet played the game enough to comment on it. Looks interesting.
