Whenever I try to launch the launcher or setup the User Account Control blocks it "for my protection". Has anyone checked the files for viruses? I don't really feel like running it as admin and end up with a trojan.

Not sure if this will be allowed on here but I've compiled a custom english ripped version of this game, made in mind with modern systems ( tested on Windows 10 ) with tweaked configs settings, added dgVoodoo graphics wrapper and a no cd executable file for the game, if this comment gets deleted later on it's fine. https://pixeldrain.com/u/6PD2qq7a
Game should be launched through PirateAdventures.exe file If for any reason game fails to boot for you, you might need to create a Windows Defender exception for the executable file in order for it to work ( on windows 10 it's in Settings
