I got this to work on Windows 10! First, I used MagicISO to convert the bin to an iso file and then I was able to Mount it natively through File Explorer, I just had to change it in Properties from MagicISO to File Explorer as the default. I was able to run through the installer except for QuickTime 3.0. I was able to install version 7.7.9 from this site https://support.apple.com/en-us/106375 and then she worked!
