For the Disc Image Hybrid Win/Mac English version (476 MB) to run on 32-bit Windows XP. (WILL NOT RUN ON 64-bit!)
1. Inside Windows XP, open the CD and run `Setup.exe`. Always keep the ISO mounted when playing.
2. Make sure QuickTime 3 is installed. This edition includes its installer under `QT3/setup.exe`.
5. Most important fix: before launching the game, right-click the XP desktop → Properties → Settings → set Color Quality to *Medium (16 bit)*
This fixes the `quicktime.qts` crash (version 3.0.0.116).
6. If the audio crackles, open Start → Run → `dxdiag` → Sound, and lower Hardware Sound Acceleration to *Basic*.
The game launched and worked well after switching to 16-bit color.

Does this game work on Windows 10? Puzz 3D; Notre Dame Cathedral or any of the other ones.

I owned all 4 at one time and they are fabulous. You can play then and complete them and do all over again. They are one of the best 3d puzzles i have ever worked. I bought the originals but they no longer were compatable with my udated windows version. So i purchase an updated version and they said it would work but didn't. I can't believe they don't make more of these. It saddens me that i can not get them on windows 10. I tell everyone about them. Let me know if they come up with a version i can play. TY
