It runs with Demul or Flycast emulator. extract the kingrt66.zip and put it in the roms folder. setup controls for arcade. Make sure you have the naomi2.zip (bios) in its correct location. enjoy.

@Toni: You are going to need an Arcade emulator like "Mame" for example and run it there.
