It's another of those one of those BIN files that needs to be converted to an ISO image before it can be loaded into windows.
It's in what might be Japanese,on VMware on Windows 98SE it presents a lot of mysterious options that are in an unsupported language,after guessing about what it's showing me,an eula and where to put the game,it opens a menu showing Program files,you have to change the name of the file it places in Program Files,or it crashes.
Just type anything and it installs,after all of that only it opens into a tiny black window,there's 3 menus at the top, one on the far right is a help guide that doesn’t work,the middle menu opens na options menu for game options,adn the left one does nothing.
Even on a Windows 98 (i have a 3d graphics solution that works in VMware) this game refuses to run. A bit poor that.

This message won't get seen for a million years, but does anyone know how to get the windows version up and running? It installs okay but when you start the game it has garbled graphics in a small windows.
