This rare promotional breakout clone was kindly provided by DrWrong05. From the old company website:

created to promote the White Stripes single 'fell in love with a girl', we created a classic retro game to tie in with the lego-based video.

a downloadable 'standalone' version of the game was released first, followed up with a shockwave version to be played online from various web sites including NME, MTV, Channel4 and whitestripes.com.

each partner had its own 'branded' version of the game and unique high score chart, where players competed to win a chance to meet meg and jack.
