Scuffed menus are just how these Canopy made games react to modern computers. You might want to try DXWND, though I cant remember if I found much help from it.

seems like a great game actually, but is so scuffed and im not sure how to get it to run properly. the main menu is like green and only on 1/5 of my screen, the sound resets itself after a mission, and tabbing out caused it to crash. also theres no installation strangely, you just download an exe, so maybe what is here to download doesnt work properly

A cool budget priced game. It plays well and is very fun. A great addition to this site. :)
