Downloaded it, extracted it... now what do I do?? There so many damn files..
So many memories of this game growing up, for the longest time i forget the game's title, i know it's golf something, but after so many years i finally found it, also had no idea Sierra publish this. I got it from alternative site (zomb's lair) it works great on my Windows 10 to my surprise! But you do have to change the compatibility to "win 98/me" to actually see anything. The game runs perfectly fine, no crashes, no errors or anything. it's definitely one of the best golf games I have played on pc, my only real grip with this game is the fixed camera angels, at times I can't tell where I’m hitting the ball and amount of Penalty strokes I got because of this.

I usually feel bad downloading ripped games, but I'm sitting here with the disk next to me after I realized my new gaming PC doesn't have a disk slot... guess I overlooked that haha!
This game means everything to my family. It came out the year before I was born, and it was the first computer game I ever played. However, I am awful at technology and know nothing about what this game might need to operate. I wondered if anyone would be able to help me with this? I have tried for about 5 years to get this game to work or to buy it somehow but again I have no clue what sort of computer stuff I would need. Thank you!
You need to go to https://namethattech.wordpress.com/2016/01/18/fixing-up-old-computer-games/ to get the fix. The game won't work on modern computers otherwise.
To play first mount the .iso with Virtual Clone Drive, Install like normal. Right click the shortcut on your desktop or your start menu, whichever one directs to where you installed the game, change compatibility to Win98.
TO PLAY WITH NOCD
Extract the .iso using 7zip, inside the folder is another called DATA, copy that folder to where you installed the game (C:\Sierra\MGDeluxe usually) start it up. You will get an insert disk error, press continue and have FUN!!!!!!!

@Mr.volts it doesn't run hardly on anything above Windows XP it seems. I have issues on 10, it let me play through once then wont anymore.
Game extracts just fine, can't run on Win 7 though. Tried multiple compatibility options. ??
