To get the game running properly on Windows 11, I extracted all the files from the ISO to a folder of my choice (in this example, I used D:\Golf\ on an external drive).
After that, I downloaded and edited the registry file to match the location where I extracted the files.
Here’s what my edited registry file looks like — just replace D:\\Golf\\ with the path where you extracted your files:
Finally, I created a shortcut to Golf.exe on my desktop so I can launch the game directly without having to mount the ISO each time.

I just copied the files from the iso main folder to C:\Golf\ and made changes to the registry data posted by DAVE (kudos btw). Runs natively on Windows 11 23H2, no compatibility mode or anything.

Anyone knows how to get this game to run in virtualbox? It installs fine under a windows 98 image but keeps asking for the CD even when the .iso is mounted in the virtual drive. Probably there is some sort of copy protection on the disc but all the cracks seem to be long gone...
